New Look Website

My website has been given a complete overhaul - this is to make the site work better across all browsers and screen sizes. Hopefully we've got it right, please check it out and if you experience any difficulties please let us know, and we'll do whatever we can to sort them out. I'd love to know what you think of the new look and layout. Thanks.

The Website is called 'things-to-make-and-do.co.uk', it is a free craft information site with step by step photo and written instructions on a variety of projects, with new ones added every week. Everything is made by me, my husband or one of my children. We have been running since 24th June this year, the site was edited with CSE HTML Editor and was made by my husband.

ok.. reading the front page there is a problem for me.. just a typo i think
"50 sheets including embossed card, floral effect vellum, and printed floral papers for just &pound4!"

Use the menu bar on the left to have a look around - erm I dont have a bar on the left and im using opera
The photos are going over the ads bar on the right for me..

I really think you need some kind of logo. The top bar of purple seems to get a bit lost for me, a logo would really help that.

I love the tabs, really great...
I love the content and the easy to follow instructions!

We have been working hard to put right the problems that were happening with firefox and opera, it looks like it works now.

IMO it needs more images, it is an arty/crafty site yet all I see is purple, text and Googleads when I enter the site. It sort of feels as though you want to send me off to another site as there are lots of references to the adverts.

Thanks guys for the great comments. I love doing the website, and hope you continue to enjoy it. If you have any ideas for projects you'd like me to research and try out, I'd love to hear about them, and if you make something you can always send me a pic and I'll put it in the gallery.
