If you are selling a product do you HAVE to have your address on there and a telephone number?

I would have thought you had to have that info there. I would never buy anything from an online shop that didn't provide me with a telephone number and an address. Just looks more trust worthy doesn't it.

I know that it is the law to have your address but I have a PO Box for general security reasons with selling silver. The address is easy to get from the post office but it makes the "small time" criminals work harder. I have got a landline phone number on though.
