:grouphug: hope your head feels better soon.
I know what you mean about the housework, I do the living room and kitchen every morning after dropping kids at school. They come home on a nite are in the house for an hour and the house its back to chaoes.
I managed to keep the house spotless by taking kids out straight after school and dh walked in and said "house is tidy, was we burgaled". He thinks he is so funny sometimes.
You can have my cleaning faries if you want, they never seem to work in my house.
If they dont work in yours then forget the house work and concentrate on your uni instead, house work will be there for you another day.
Hope your head feels better soon.

Awww poor Lisa. We should form a support group or a messy-home anonymous (like alcoholics anonymous), we're all in this together!

Hope your headache is easing.
I have ignored the housework this weekend, except for the laundrey and a quick clean of the kitchen and bathroom, as I have got tomorrow off work and will get it done in half the time while the boys are at school.
Pretty sad to be spending my day off catching up on housework but I need to find the floor in ds2 room before it disappears again under a pile of presents on Tuesday (his birthday) and I am hoping to get rid of all the junk while he is at school .......... cruel mother that I am

my fairies must be related to yours then as they never seem to tidy up they just hide things and cause strops and arguments.
I always say if I get my hands on on of them I will wring it's neck:hysterica

well feeling pleased with myself this morning, have blitzed Ds2's room and it does have a floor after all. Having a break and a well earned cuppa before going back in to clean and polish, then a trip to the tip to get rid of all the rubbish

I'm sorry but................ what's housework??
Its a swear word and should not be used in polite company!!
I seem to spend the first half hour every day, putting things back where they belong before the cleaning can begin. And then low and behold, next day the same things are in the wrong place again. I said this to my husband the other day and he said perhaps then the places that are now the wrong places should become the right places and then they wouldn't need moving. So I am going to build a shoe pile in the middle of the kitchen floor, a coat pile in the hall, put all the remotes under cushions and furniture and unmake the beds. The rest of the day will be spent doing nothing.
Tomorrow I will move on to the garage, it can't be right that his tools are lways so tidy can it?.:hysterica

Oh Steph that was really funny, that really made me chuckle! Thank you for cheering me up *still smiling* and making me realise that I don't have a strange family and that all these things happen to you too.
Or maybe it's just that we both have strange families!
