I give my buyers 3 days, it says that on all my listings and on my invoice too. Send a reminder invoice, overseas buyers in my experience, usually pay quickly! Has she got good feedback?

It does'nt say sorry
I don't really trust anyone that has private feedback makes me think they have something to hide, I would send a email requesting payment (keep a copy of the email) and see if you get a response

Me and hubby were talking about the private feedback thing the other day, we both have ebay accounts. It does make you wary of them but to be honest we thought it was a good idea! At least everyone and his dog can't see what you've been buying!
I think there should be a facility to be able to keep what you buy private but for people to be able to see what you have sold. As a seller it's imporant that people can see what I've sold in the past, but I don't always want them to see what I've been buying, does that make sense?

Well nothing really personal apart from some pregnancy tests a while back, but I don't want my customers or family members to know that! Christmas is the worst time, everyone could see what they were getting for christmas if they'd looked, I'd threatened them though ;)

It that the difference in postage? You have to allow for packaging and your time. Remind her it's not just the cost of the actual postage she's paying for!!

I did but also refunded £2 as well , when your posting lots of things its hard to know the price for everything

Get the leaflet from the post office called pricing made easy. It is sooo useful. I have to have a sack here when it's busy as I have so much post. I use the online system called smartstamp now and put my own postage on too. If you ever want to know the cost of something, just give me a shout :)Sarah x
ah good how much extra is recorded delivery on a small parcel ? roughly
