Husband's 40th - gift ideas?

My husband is 40 at the end of October. Does anyone have any gift ideas? He is fairly fussy, and I want to get him something different as it's a big birthday, but at the moment I have utterly no idea (and not much money either!).

Thanks for this. I'm loving the engraved keyring idea. I've got two children so they can do a drawing each, and we can have one on each side. I'll get onto it this evening. Thanks ever so much!!! I think you may also have solved grandparent present ideas for some time to come!!!!

I got DH a pair of engraved cufflinks from Mary Poppins' site - they are fab and he loved them!
