Paypal Problems????

Has anyone had problems with Paypal the past couple of days? I have had someone contact wanting to purchase some items on Babies Boutique, got to stage 3 of checkout but couldn't pay with her card. She mailed me but there was nothing I could do except tell her I accepted cheque or postal order. She said she would try again on Monday. I have just noticed she has been on the site again this evening and got to stage 3 again but no order has gone through.

I don't have problems with other customers on Babies Boutique paying via Paypal and Perfect Presents is working fine too.

I have had another customer who couldn't use her card for some reason - any idea why?

Sorry, can not help you except to say that Paypal emailed me to say that their system would be offline from 7.00 - 8.00 am last Friday but that is all (unless the problem was bigger than they expected!!).
