Well I hadn't used mine for months and sold it on here 2 weeks ago, then we decided to go on holiday, I don't want to take the buggy for Zara as she is more than capable of walking around on her own and they are so annoying on the beach.
I am just thinking now that in the airport and walking about etc she is going to want lifted and my back breaks with no sling on.
I don;t want to fork out for a new sling, so was wondering if any of you lovely ladies had a sling that wasn't in use that I could borrow for a couple of weeks, I will pay for all postage it will be well looked after and if there is any damage I will pay you the cost of a new sling.

Nicki who owns www.bitsforbairns.co.uk was selling off some slings cheap, ones from her own personal stash. If you email her she might have something.

Billy loves sitting in it, says he's not a baby then snuggles up, he's 2 and a half, we even put Dylan, evey's 5 yr old in it but he is very light for his age.

I can carry billy in it even with my bump and it is very comfy for me doesn't pull or strain, means when she is born, I can take it out with me, put him in the sling if he gets tired and still push the buggie with one hand.

And if he is walking and starts mess around it can put it around his waist if I forget his reins.

Wrong, you will be able to push the buggy with 2 hands:cheesy:, thats the great thing about a sling, I made many dinners with Zara in it.

Im glad i looked at this post...
I was starting to panic abit, when i realised Ria is going to grow out of her carrier in a few months time, and Jeevans just a pain in the **** when his walking, he starts pulling at his strap and takes me and ria for a nice run...
His used to the buggy and the way he runs i don't want it any other way...

Its nice to know that investing in a diffrent carrier will allow me to still carry Ria abit longer, while Jeevan gets used to walking(well running)

I suppose as long as he's not leaning backwards, if he's sleepy he snuggles up anyway

just tighten the top of the sling so they are snug, they shouldn't be able to lan back or fall back, there should be restricted movement when in it

That didn't quite come out right - not taking the mick honest! I would love to see a pic of a sling because William won't go in his buggy any more and I was just wondering whether I would get the benefit of one on holiday and it will be much easier to get in the car than the pram!

Someone show me one!
