Ok - I have had an idea for a little girls party where thay have to do a treasure hunt but for flowers in the garden. I will stick them in with normal flowers but they will be 'pretend' and hopefully with little treats in the flower heads!

Now - what I need to know is.....is this something you can buy? Or will I have to make them myself?

Would love someone to magic up about 50 of them already made! Do they exist or do I live in la la land? :tcwozerek

Why not just have some little laminated flower shapes as tokens. If the child finds them then they exchange them for a gift/prize.

If you had the actual flower containing the gift then you could end up with one child having several and another having none.

I like that idea, that way your reward gifts don't have to be tiny to fit in the flower heads.

Back in the 60s this was a game we played a lot at parties - with different themes too, my best friend's 5th party we had to find butterflies, and I remember fighting over a blue one...you had to collect the most to get the prize (in those days one prize per game and you took them home, no goodie bag and no sweets for everyone at every game, no prize in every layer of the pass the parcel either). For older ones each thing to be found had a letter and you had to go round till you found all the letters (they remained hidden without being collected up) then make a word or sentence from all the letters.
