Urgent site check please - paypal problems??

Hi

I have had a customer email to say she can't pay by paypal through both www.icegems.co.uk and www.iceideas.co.uk. The error is "this page cannot be found".

I can only check to a point but it won't let me go any further using my own paypal address.

Can someone therefore add this product to their basket http://www.icegems.co.uk/fun--fab-kids-medical-id-111-p.asp update to UK 1st class shipping then click on the paypal button (NOT CHECKOUT BUTTON) just underneath the checkout sign. Can you see if you can get onto the paypal payment page from there for me (you will need to log on to paypal using your account username and password) it is after this stage that there seems to be a problem.

I'd really appreciate if anyone can do this for me quickly as I need to know if there is a problem.

No that is fine thank you. I don't understand why it isn't connecting for her she has tried on both sites.

It connected for me, I go all the way to a paypment page and then bailed.

No idea why they can't get on, it is very strange. Had other payments today but none using paypal.

I definitely used PayPal, as I recently changed the email address associated with my PayPal account and automatically entered the old address, thought PayPal wasn't working and then realised that it was fine and was just because I'm a numpty.

LOL! I have no idea what is going on with PayPal at the moment, it seems to be very hit and miss.

I had a customer who took 3 goes to pay through paypal yesterday, at least that what it looked like on the back end of the os commerce thing. She didn't contact me though, just kept trying bless her.
