Trouble adding a signature

I wanted to add some blinkies to my signature but its not letting me do it. It says the BB code doesnt allow [Img] or [url] code.

Any idea how i can fix this?

I still cant use the blinkies but i can put in signature strips like the one im using at present. Very strange blimp.

Not sure about the img/url code thingy, but I know you need a certain post count to be able to add a siggie - I think it's 20 or 30.

stupid Q, but are you putting BB Code in the big white empty box (not the line) in the edit signature page of user cp?

I am yes. Same place i put the code for the siggy im using at present. It just says BB code doesnt recognise the url or img type.

Whatever the issue was its not doing it anymore. I just added 2 blinkies with no probs. Maybe it was an error with the site i was getting them from. Thanks anyway.

Just checked, its 30 posts before you can add but even then I'm still getting the error message :(

It can sometimes take a little while for it to recognise that you've over 30 posts, even though your post count shows as over 30 iyswim, but within an hour max, I should think you'd be able to :yes:
