Help with Featured Module

Some of you may have already seen my rant regarding work that has been done on my site.

I asked for a featured module to be put on the homepage and it was placed right at the top and looked quite untidy and frankly just wrong.

I asked for it be moved further down i.e. the middle of the page but the only other place he said it could go was right at the bottom - where it is at the moment. He did say it could be tidied up to look better where it is.

However, I think it might be a bit pointless having featured products right at the bottom as potential customers may not see it.

What does everyone else think? I don't want to spend time/money getting it looking right if its not going to do the job.

If you cut out a good chunk of the hoempage text then it would appear when the page is open - it would be higher up.

You have this text: ALL PRICES ARE IN Great British Pounds. Shop securely online via Paypal or Nochex. Most credit/debit cards accepted - the logos below the text show some of the same info.

I know text is good for adding keywords but there is so much that it appears a little spammed. You've got the Milliebeth header then the other Milliebeth image, again it repeats the same info and pushes the featured but down.
