Before making contact with them that is?

It's only been 36 hours but she hasn't checked out, paid or made contact to say when it will be.

I'm not worried, her feedback is 100%, and it really hasn't been long since she won but just wondered if I should contact her in the morning and if so, what do I say that doesn't make me sound pushy?

I normally put that I expect payment or contact within 3 days but flipping forgot on this one, typical!

I know I'm overreacting but this has never happened before, everyone pays within a couple of hours usually (and I do too when buying something), and the item is packed and ready to go and in my way lol

You have to give them 7 days before you can file an unpaid item dispute. I have one at the moment. I sent a reminder at about day 5 and the lady then contacted me and I have given her longer to pay. I had only sold 3 items and 2 paid quite quickly.
I would be interested to hear what experiences others have had.

I sold 4 things, 3 paid very quickly and it's just this last one which hasn't.

I'll give her til tomorrow night I think and then message her.

How annoying, I wouldn't dream of buying an item and then not paying straight away for it. And if she bid in advance (actually she only bid an hour before it ended) and was going away or something then she could at least have told me.
