I want a new diary....

Because of my health problems I have trouble remembering things - I don't struggle to remember conversations or things that have happened but due to brain fog which is a side effect I struggle with organisation. I messed up big time yesterday as I forgot my sons library books for school (this is the second time) so he had to go with his class without them. I felt sooo guilty all day, still do!

I feel so sorry for my DS2 as I have forgotton loads of things for him s my condition came on after he was born. Its easier for the older ones as they remind me!

So I have decided I need a diary - quite a large one as I need to record both business and the childrens activities.

I thought you wahms may have some for sale or maybe even have seen one about for a good price.

I'd like something quite pretty that I can leave on the counter at work but must fit in my bag. I do have a quite a big bag and if it really is huge I will buy a new bag!

Can you tell me what you're seeing? We're still getting in completely finished and hearing this is a worry!

Thank you.

Ach b***er. Apparently within another day it'll be there. it's a problem with the DNS or something. I'm told to stop getting my knickers in a twist about it but it's hard not to - I'm excited!
thanks for letting me know.

The Organised Mum stuff looks great - I think the Family Life Book Diary looks good - that starts from September but I need something for now as I have so many appointments in June, July and August.

Hypothyroid, fibromyalgia plus adrenal failure plus I am getting a lot of muscular discomfort which could be a symptom of the hypoT

I'm a real mess at the moment and when it gets bad (it gets worse June and July for some unexplained reason) I get very depressed.
I am really, really low at the moment but I am fortunately very rational and can try to balance the mood by explaining to myself that I feel low because of the health. Its very tough though so I figured I need an action plan and part of the action plan is to be organised so that I don't get depressed when I mess up.

I never heard of these diaries until towards the end of last year when I was scanning the internet for a new diary by which time they were sold out. Am going to make sure I get in early this time! They must be very popular as they were sold out quite early last year.

if you'd like one, we can pop a Pocket Life Book for 2008 in with the parcel so you can use that until September. Just put a note in the customer comment box at the end and we'll send both out.

cheers

Whats the difference between the cover and the leather cover?

sorry i don't understand - do you mean what's the difference between the standard one and the one in a cover? the cover is a leather 'jacket' for the diary that keeps it safe and has a zip. sorry, rushing to pick the kids up :)

Yeah, we sold out far too early :( Have ordered a huge number this year so here's hoping we've got supply matched to demand this year!

I think I got it sorted.

The family life book has a wrap round cover with tab not a zip and the life book has a zip up case - is that right?

Its the wrap round tab style that is shown that I like.

Tried to buy but its not connecting to paypal properly....

Hello this is Kevin calling...
Not sure there is a general problem with paypal, only funkyfish had a problem with it today - I can see you tried twice, other people could pay with paypal. I did try to call you funkyfish - give me a call at the office I am still here :( or email me - I will send you an email now.

I've tried it myself and it all seems to go through fine.

Great, I will have a look at getting one this year but will probably wait a bit and hopefully get in before they are sold out this year. They really do look superb diaries.

I really hope so Katy. it still doesn't work at home for me but works int eh office. we've not properly opened and are supposedly just getting it ready and dealing with snags but already it's incredibly busy!

I'm out at an all day meeting tomorrow and leaving poor old Kevin to deal with everything. Wish him luck - he'll need it.

One year forgot to order the family planner , have to say the little improvements you make, make it better every year
