A credit card chargeback! Looks like it was a fraudster - might be lucky as although I did ship the goods, it appears my courier lost them so can make a claim. If they had been delivered it would have been goods lost withno means of recompense.
2)
Customer returned a pair of trousers today and they are firstly not a size I stocked.
They do have the original hang tag which has obviously been reattached as is not attached the same way as the others.
So basically she ordered size 4 and set back size 5 with a size 4 hang tag.
Nightmare!
