1. What do you think about the general appearance of Perfectly Gorgeous. - i like it. it looks very professional
2. Do the dark colours put you off the site. - honestly? yes. on first impressions it look at bit 'gothic' to me...and if i didnt know you i wouldnt prob enter the site as i would assume i wouldnt like the stuff
3. Do you find the site easy to navigate around. - yes
4. Do you feel there is enough variety on the site. - yes - lots!
5. How often do you look at the site. - probably only when a special offer is advertised.
6. If you have brought from Perfectly Gorgeous was it for yourself or a gift. - I havent ...yet....
7. Do you think the site offers value for money. - im not really a 'jewellery' person and so dont spend a lot on jewellery so i wouldnt know what was good value for money but it seems reasonable compared to other places.
8. Do you like having the Perfectly Gorgeous range separated from the Signiture range or would you prefer them to be mixed. - i like it seperate..makes it more 'unique'
9. Are you more likely to buy from the PG range on silver plate or the Sig range on sterling silver. - if i like it hten i would buy it...it doesnt make a difference to me.
10. Does free post and packing make a difference to whether you order from a site or not. - mmmm, i do tend to like free p&p
11. If you have ordered an item to be delivered direct to a recipient as a gift have you been confident that they parcel will arrive well wrapped. - i havent ordered from PG but would have no worried that the item would be perfectly wrapped.
12. Do you feel that the site is stale and could be updated with newer jewellery more often. - well as i dont visit all that often then it doesnt really make much difference to me.
13. What is your overall honest opinion of Perfectly Gorgeous. - i like the site. i always see it as one of the more 'professional ' sites although the 'theme' of the site isnt something that i would prob go for as i see it to be a bit 'dark' and 'gothic' looking.
14. Is there anything apart from finance which stops you from ordering from PG. - only the fact that i dont really 'do' jewellery...but i would look for gifts

1. What do you think about the general appearance of Perfectly Gorgeous.
I think it looks very professional.
2. Do the dark colours put you off the site.
Yes if I'm honest - my eye sight is pretty poor and I find text on dark backgrounds on websites hard to read. I prefer the newer pictures that are on the green leaves - they lift the jewellery better and make it easier to see the detail in what you do.
3. Do you find the site easy to navigate around.
Yes.
4. Do you feel there is enough variety on the site.
Yes.
5. How often do you look at the site.
Not too often, usually when you post on here as it is a reminder - that is why these forum posts are so important and why newsletters are so important - to bring your site back into people's consciousness.
6. If you have brought from Perfectly Gorgeous was it for yourself or a gift.
Gift and myself.
7. Do you think the site offers value for money.
Yes.
8. Do you like having the Perfectly Gorgeous range separated from the Signiture range or would you prefer them to be mixed.
Makes no difference to me other than it is an extra category to look at. I know you did it to separate out the pricing and that does make sense.
9. Are you more likely to buy from the PG range on silver plate or the Sig range on sterling silver.
Depends on my budget and what it is for - but probably sterling silver.
10. Does free post and packing make a difference to whether you order from a site or not.
Yes - I know it is daft but I hate paying P&P would rather it was included in with the price so I know exactly what I'm paying. Although I like the option to upgrade to a speedier service if I need it!
11. If you have ordered an item to be delivered direct to a recipient as a gift have you been confident that they parcel will arrive well wrapped.
Yes.
12. Do you feel that the site is stale and could be updated with newer jewellery more often.
Probably but that is always the case, I like to add new products one or two at a time for exactly this reason - plus it gives you an excuse to put up posts on forums and send out newsletters!!
13. What is your overall honest opinion of Perfectly Gorgeous.
I like it on the whole but as I said above, I do struggle with the text a little bit. Your photography is very good though!
14. Is there anything apart from finance which stops you from ordering from PG.
Nope not really, apart from I have a general lack of funds right now and so where I would have bought myself a treat every so often in the past, I just don't do that anymore. If I wanted to buy a present for someone close then I would order - however for gifts I tend not to spend much more than £10 - £15.

What the others have said really. I always think it looks quite goth, it is the style of text that does that I think. I think that affects how modern/up to date it looks.
I like the product images, they stand out from other sites, I think it is the actual site background that is quite dark.
I've not bought any of your beaded items, they aren't really me. I've bought a picture frame, address book and cards, I've been pleased with all of these. I actually didn't see the address book till I'd given it to my Mum as I didn't want to spoil the packaging.
I think you could state which items are in stock and which aren't/what the delivery time will be otherwise customers might think that delivery was a little slow. I think people tend to expect everything to be instock.
1. What do you think about the general appearance of Perfectly Gorgeous.
It looks very 'natural' iykwim. This is a good thing.
2. Do the dark colours put you off the site.
No
3. Do you find the site easy to navigate around.
Yes, though the links in the text on the homepage are difficult colours to distinguish from the rest of the text as the background and leaf colours have a similar contrast itms (PM me if it doesn't :hysterica)
I love that the broad categories are at the top too.
4. Do you feel there is enough variety on the site.
Yes.
5. How often do you look at the site.
When you post an offer or new product link
6. If you have brought from Perfectly Gorgeous was it for yourself or a gift.
n/a
7. Do you think the site offers value for money.
For what the customer gets, the prices are good.
8. Do you like having the Perfectly Gorgeous range separated from the Signiture range or would you prefer them to be mixed.
I think the item pages, i.e necklaces, earrings, etc, should have both collections, but maybe separately sectioned on the page? With an additional page just for the signature collection, to showcase it.
My connection is a little slow right now, so it takes ages to load the pics. This would put me off proper browsing if I was buying from the site and had to look at different areas as well
9. Are you more likely to buy from the PG range on silver plate or the Sig range on sterling silver.
Depends on who for. For me, the silver plate as I have no metal allergies, but for gifts, the sterling silver just in case.
10. Does free post and packing make a difference to whether you order from a site or not.
Yes. Definitely. It bumps up the overall cost, so can be a negative factor about online buying.
11. If you have ordered an item to be delivered direct to a recipient as a gift have you been confident that they parcel will arrive well wrapped.
n/a
12. Do you feel that the site is stale and could be updated with newer jewellery more often.
It depends on your customer trends for repeat business. And how often you are able to design new pieces.
13. What is your overall honest opinion of Perfectly Gorgeous.
Perfectly Gorgeous :happy72:
14. Is there anything apart from finance which stops you from ordering from PG.
Nope, the only reason I have never ordered is I find it very difficult to treat myself and no-one else ever does either!
1. What do you think about the general appearance of Perfectly Gorgeous.
I love it, its classy
2. Do the dark colours put you off the site.
No the dark colours just enhance the whole appearance of the products
3. Do you find the site easy to navigate around.
I've never had any problems with it
4. Do you feel there is enough variety on the site.
There is lot of variety on your site, I go there to find something (usually for my DD) and always find something.
5. How often do you look at the site.
To be honest not that often, just when I am looking for something specific
6. If you have brought from Perfectly Gorgeous was it for yourself or a gift.
Never that fortunate for me, always for someone else...(maybe I should treat myself)
7. Do you think the site offers value for money.
I always manage to find something within my range
8. Do you like having the Perfectly Gorgeous range separated from the Signiture range or would you prefer them to be mixed.
Keep them seperate
9. Are you more likely to buy from the PG range on silver plate or the Sig range on sterling silver.
Which ever takes my fancy
10. Does free post and packing make a difference to whether you order from a site or not.
Actually no, if I like a product then postage isn't an issue...although free postage is always a plus
11. If you have ordered an item to be delivered direct to a recipient as a gift have you been confident that they parcel will arrive well wrapped.
Never required this service....i always like to have a good nosy first.
12. Do you feel that the site is stale and could be updated with newer jewellery more often.
New products are always a bonus, but people do like what they know, so a bit of both is alway good.
13. What is your overall honest opinion of Perfectly Gorgeous.
I love your products, ok I dont buy that often but I do always get something for my Dd for her birthday and christmas stockings
14. Is there anything apart from finance which stops you from ordering from PG.
No nothing.

14. Is there anything apart from finance which stops you from ordering from PG. Nope, just money atm!

1. What do you think about the general appearance of Perfectly Gorgeous.
I think it's really nice and unusual it's certainly a site I would recognise if I'd visited it beforoe which is good. It makes a statement about your products and looks professional. It's neat and consistant so I think it's good. Easy to navigate, can't really pick fault.
2. Do the dark colours put you off the site.
No as I said I think it fits in with the jewellery and the images you use.
3. Do you find the site easy to navigate around.
Yes I think I could find what I wanted very easily.
4. Do you feel there is enough variety on the site.
Yes, too much is too complicated, I think you've seperated out what needs to be.
5. How often do you look at the site.
Not very often, I'm the kind of person who likes very expensive gems and platimum jewellery. Dainty things really but I do like what you sell it just wouldn't suit me. Needless to say I don't have much jewellery lol.
6. If you have brought from Perfectly Gorgeous was it for yourself or a gift.
Never have again I've no one to buy for but I would if I did.
7. Do you think the site offers value for money.
I think you're pieces are good value for money and very well done from the images but haven't seen them close up.
8. Do you like having the Perfectly Gorgeous range separated from the Signiture range or would you prefer them to be mixed.
9. Are you more likely to buy from the PG range on silver plate or the Sig range on sterling silver.
Sterling.

11. If you have ordered an item to be delivered direct to a recipient as a gift have you been confident that they parcel will arrive well wrapped.
N/a
12. Do you feel that the site is stale and could be updated with newer jewellery more often.

13. What is your overall honest opinion of Perfectly Gorgeous.
I think it's a very nice site but I'm not familiar enough with your market to do a comparrison to competitors.

What do you think about the general appearance of Perfectly Gorgeous. I really like your site, love how you have got the jewellery displayed.
Do the dark colours put you off the site. No, not at all.
Do you find the site easy to navigate around. I do if I was looking for a specific item – i.e. necklaces but it could do with a search facility.
Do you feel there is enough variety on the site. Yes.
How often do you look at the site. When you post about a new collection.
If you have brought from Perfectly Gorgeous was it for yourself or a gift. Not purchased.
Do you think the site offers value for money. Yes.
Do you like having the Perfectly Gorgeous range separated from the Signiture range or would you prefer them to be mixed. I think it looks better as it stands out. The only thing I would say is that by having a signature range - it comes across as though your other items are manufactured and I know that you make them yourself but just purchase in the beads.
Are you more likely to buy from the PG range on silver plate or the Sig range on sterling silver. Would depend on budget and person. I like the signature range using sterling and the PG range using plate.
Does free post and packing make a difference to whether you order from a site or not. No difference.
If you have ordered an item to be delivered direct to a recipient as a gift have you been confident that they parcel will arrive well wrapped. N/A.
Do you feel that the site is stale and could be updated with newer jewellery more often. No.
What is your overall honest opinion of Perfectly Gorgeous. I think the site looks very professional, the items that you sell are really nice and a good price. You just need a little bit more confidence in yourself and your work.
Is there anything apart from finance which stops you from ordering from PG. Similar business.

1. What do you think about the general appearance of Perfectly Gorgeous.
I like it - it is very original.
2. Do the dark colours put you off the site.
A little bit, but not much.
The images are very creative, somtimes it hard to see the item itself.
3. Do you find the site easy to navigate around.
Definately. It is beautifully laid out.
4. Do you feel there is enough variety on the site.
Yes. Would love more earrings in the signature collection.
5. How often do you look at the site.
Everytime you post you have made something new! I sit behind my computer oooing and arghhing
6. If you have brought from Perfectly Gorgeous was it for yourself or a gift.#
Not made a purchase YET!
7. Do you think the site offers value for money.
I don't think you are expensive.
8. Do you like having the Perfectly Gorgeous range separated from the Signiture range or would you prefer them to be mixed.
Separate.
9. Are you more likely to buy from the PG range on silver plate or the Sig range on sterling silver.
I can only wear silver or white gold. Most other metals tend to leave a mark on my skin.
10. Does free post and packing make a difference to whether you order from a site or not.
Probably not. I'm not that sort of shopper. I buy what I like regardless of cost. I don't buy loads and loads. I tend to buy things for myself very infrequently, but am quite lavish when I do splash out.
11. If you have ordered an item to be delivered direct to a recipient as a gift have you been confident that they parcel will arrive well wrapped.
You seem a perfectionist so I would be confident of shopping with you.
12. Do you feel that the site is stale and could be updated with newer jewellery more often.
I usually see new things when I look. Although, I do think change is good if you have the time. I think change is sometimes as important for the shop keeper than for the customer. Helps keep you fresh too.
13. What is your overall honest opinion of Perfectly Gorgeous.
I like it. I think it is original. It looks well cared for.

Thank you. I know there are lots of them but it will really help me.
Just not spotted what I want just yet. I tend to go for huge chunky jewellery. I'm a bit of a hippy!
I'd more likely buy a bracelet from you than a necklace. I'd some swarovski earings on silver.
I hope that helps you Kate x

Please do my survey anon if you would like I really don't mind, I just need to know some things so I know what to do about the future of PG.

Bit too dark for my taste

Haven't bought but would probably be a gift.

1. What do you think about the general appearance of Perfectly Gorgeous.
I think on a whole the site is very professional and looks great.
2. Do the dark colours put you off the site.
I really like the colours but the dark green shadows the products too much and adds a gothic feel to the site, if it was paler then the colours would be perfect imho.
3. Do you find the site easy to navigate around.
Very
4. Do you feel there is enough variety on the site.
Absolutely
5. How often do you look at the site.
its the first time and i will be back its lovely.

10. Does free post and packing make a difference to whether you order from a site or not.
Yep especially on small items
11. If you have ordered an item to be delivered direct to a recipient as a gift have you been confident that they parcel will arrive well wrapped.
i haven't ordered yet but I would be confident, if you can make gorgeous items like you have done then I'm sure you would package them just as nice.
12. Do you feel that the site is stale and could be updated with newer jewellery more often.
Not at all it may seem like that to you because you know whats there, saying that it may well be worth working with the coming season, I think you could benefit from having some nice bright colours for the summer months, weddings, that type of thing.
13. What is your overall honest opinion of Perfectly Gorgeous.
i really like it I think its just a matter of brightening up that dark green. Also maybe referring to matching items. I like mixing an matching items but sometimes I like to buy a bracelet and matching necklace. you could offer your tins as form of gift packaging (not for free though) but at a reduced price????
Beautiful Products though:happy72:

On the whole, items are sent within a few days of order. Some items are custom made which takes longer and where a date is given the items are always sent out in good time for those days. I've only ever had a couple of issues with items being lost in the post both of which were offered a refund or replacement and items were re-made and sent out. I've only ever had one other customer who made it known to me that they weren't happy about delivery times when they ordered lots of custom made stuff. I will put something in the postage details to signify that goods are sent out within 7 days unless a date is specified. Quite a few customers want something sent out last minute for a forgotten present and we have always managed to do this to date. Does anyone think that a special gauranteed next day delivery would be useful. It would have to be charged for at PO rates though and couldn't be used for custom made goods as these can take a few days due to drying times, glass annealing etc.

It would be good for last minute gifts when people have forgotten an occassion. :happy72: It would add to the cost but I think some people would be willing to pay. I guess your orders wouldn't weigh any more than the £5.05 SD rate, some might even be cheaper. I was asked to send a DVD by SD yesterday, it was £5.05. I feel I can't offer the service as some of my parcels would cost an arm and a leg SD but that isn't an issue since your packages are light.

3. Do you find the site easy to navigate around. Yes

10. Does free post and packing make a difference to whether you order from a site or not. Yes to me it does, I prefer either free or cheap postage to be able to keep costs down
11. If you have ordered an item to be delivered direct to a recipient as a gift have you been confident that they parcel will arrive well wrapped. N/A

13. What is your overall honest opinion of Perfectly Gorgeous. I do really like it & would buy for gifts for other people but as I can't wear any metal but gold it means I can't wear much of your items sadly - although I do love the bracelet I got for the Easter Swap :happy72:

1. What do you think about the general appearance of Perfectly Gorgeous.
Lots of choice and beautiful pieces
2. Do the dark colours put you off the site.
I don't mind dark colours so much but I'm not keen on the green used. I find it a bit dated and I perfer jewellery to be photographed on white as it makes the jewellery look brighter. I think the website would benefit from better photography.
3. Do you find the site easy to navigate around.
yes very easy.
4. Do you feel there is enough variety on the site.
Yes, lots of variety.
5. How often do you look at the site.
Occasionally, I do buy chunky and beaded jewellery quite often and I do look at your site from time to time. Its in my mind as one to look at.
6. If you have brought from Perfectly Gorgeous was it for yourself or a gift.
N/A
7. Do you think the site offers value for money.
Yes, many handcrafters offer great value for money.
8. Do you like having the Perfectly Gorgeous range separated from the Signiture range or would you prefer them to be mixed.
If I'm honest I didn't realise you had two collections, I'm not much of a reader on websites and when I had another look you have a very long intro to the signature collection. Perhaps it could be a little more snappy and to the point.
9. Are you more likely to buy from the PG range on silver plate or the Sig range on sterling silver.
No perference, if I liked the piece I'd buy it, it wouldn't matter to me if it was sterling or plate with you kind of jewellery. Personally I think your work is about the beads.
10. Does free post and packing make a difference to whether you order from a site or not.
It's nice as what you see is what you pay. I hate having to search a site to find out the p&p.
11. If you have ordered an item to be delivered direct to a recipient as a gift have you been confident that they parcel will arrive well wrapped.
N/A
12. Do you feel that the site is stale and could be updated with newer jewellery more often.
I mentioned at the top I think the colours are a little old fashioned and I think the text could be abit more up-to-date, but the product is great.
13. What is your overall honest opinion of Perfectly Gorgeous.
The site itself needs an update but the jewellery is very good.
14. Is there anything apart from finance which stops you from ordering from PG.
No.
