I thought he was originally charged with rape - but managed to get out of it by paying the family money. A rape charge an resut in the death penalty (what him and others deserve). Charged with obscene acts holds up to a 12 year sentance - because that worked previously didnt it.

Just hope he gets a sentance and doesnt manage to pay his way out of that as well.

Just listened to the news, he was originally charged with rape of a child, but paid the families £1000 which is 3 times the national wage there, then the parents wrote asking for the judge to be leniant and change it to obscence acts. They said on the news he is looking at 7 years - disgusting is all i can say.

Also on local news a man charged with 3 rapes on a 14 year old boy and abuse of a 7 year old boy got 8 years. He has been in and out of prison since the 80s for simlar acts. Shows putting them in prison does not work.

Agree with you there system is definately better.

Shops are also more prepared for when a child goes missing, was their in Oct and we was in JC Pennys when a mum told an assistant that her son had got lost. She got on her radio and within seconds the shop floor was filled with shop assistants looking for the child and within minutes they had found him. All shops here should be like that.

i think thay should name and shame them think thay pretect them to much we should no excactly where they are let them be scared of us coz at the moment we are scared of the not noing where thay are they have the right to there identity being protected well what about pretecting our children .
these people make me sick me sisters husband abused my niece its torn the family apart coz my sisters still with him coz it didnt go to court coz they didnt think my niece was strong enough and it would cost to much money the whole family as cut my sister off but what hurts is the children dont see there couson my dd alway ask even now yrs after why she dos'nt see her couson anymore i feel she to younge to explane things so i have to lie and say i'll sort it out coz luckly she's moved witch in my opintion macks him more guilty but my sister wont believe that and who no's if he done it be for sorry i no i've gone off the glitter thing but just makes me mad they are allowed to walk free after a short sentents and are pretected2006argh
