Theres a Childrens Festival in Bridgnorth, Shropshire on Sun & Mon of this forthcoming bank holiday. Not sure if its what you're after but they have a website found under Childrens-festival

Take a look at Gails website, stallfinder. It's got loads of events listed all over the place and you can list yourself as a stallholder.
