refunds

can anyone tell me, if someone is refunding money (item was faulty) how long does it take to go through?

some bloke now bin 3 weeks and hasnt cleared yet he says

I haven't done a refund on Paypal for many a year but it was immediate.

yeah some bloke we bought something off, he said last tuesday that he hadput money in and was waiting for it to clear. we are still waiting, said it went out his account into pay pal and it takes a while to clear, didnt know if it was true oor if he was stalling.

it can take upto 10 days I think. it can be very slow.

oh ok.......well, we will se what hapens, obviosuly we realise there has been a bank holiday inbetween, but seems to be taking ages, wouldntmind so much but its over 100 quid!
