I guess I will be needing to walk it at the end of next month. It's okay to still do, isn't it? :D

yeah, should be, as long as you take it easy.

Just take your time - its only the serious runners who class it as a race! I did it six weeks after my c-section and we were one of the last groups back but it was a glorious Sunday morning and we basically strolled around and had a fab laugh!

Good luck - Emily is running in the one at Bromsgrove on 20 July!:kisshands:

As long as you are not doing any more exercise than you would normally do itms. There was a woman at my aerobics class who kept going virtually right until she had her baby.

Oh and btw I will be walking and I'm not pg!:cheesy:

Alison, I'm doing it with my friend, my pelvis is bad at the minute and walking is not something my body likes me doing and she fell off her horse before Christmas and badly broke her ankle - we'll just be going for a walk and be happy to finish! We won't be racing or pushing ourselves.
