I bid and won a dress for dd and received it today but on the little cardigan that goes over the dress there is a stain at the top which I think is baby sick. Its a fresh stain (i.e. its not been washed and the stain hasn't come out) and obvious, about the size of a £2 coin, so not easily missed!

Why on earth would anyone send something out in that condition?

WWYD? Would you email the seller first, leave neg feedback or just ignore it?

I really want to leave neg feedback as its disgusting and I either chuck it out or have to wash it off myself. Its not worth sending back as it will cost more that I paid for it. I know it didn't cost much at all but thats not the point.

It seems that nearly everything I buy off that place comes with a problem. Or am I too fussy?

I would say something to her first and if she doesn't reply satisfactorly (sp?) then leave neg.

I wash everything first, even before I list and make sure there are no stains on it, it's not too much to ask, so no, your not being fussy!

I would email the person who sent it first - then if not satisfied leave neg feedback

why do people sell stuff that is dirty??

I agree email them, they may not have noticed. Or they may have thought it was clean. I put a pile for ebay and when I list I also go back and check and half of what I want to sell I can't, ends up in a recylcing bin.

Usually people are ok if you email them

Yep that was me - I gave up on it in the end. The cow left me neg f/back saying I was abusive and that I'd lied to get out of buying - errr, I'd already bought it, stupid woman!

I hate ebay and I'm never using it again (how many times have I said that lol)

That's gross. I always email before leaving feedback if I'm not happy.

I would email the seller. If they don't offer a refund or dry cleaning cost, leave very negative feedback.

Don't give up on ebay please people, I'm about to list a whole bunch of BNWT clothing bits with low low starting prices - they'll be on tomorrow hopefully but will keep you posted

me being me would flip!!!

i would though email 1st and see what they say, if snotty and not offering help then neg feedback will be left.

I bought ds a huge hotwheels set and she said it was used 2x when we got it it was disgusting, bits were missing and it had clearly been used a hell of alot.

I never got a refund or the bits sent to me :(
I got positive feedback and she got negative!!!

Have you contacted the seller yet? I think that is disgraceful and she should offer to wash or give you your money back.

And if she does not contact you, then you have no option but to leave neg feedback.
