What with the Ikea debacle, which took up an hour extra, I forgot to get my bil a birthday present, as evidently it's my job to do this not my husbands even though I didn't even get a card for my b'day. So after sorting the car, changing Abs new shoes for a different size, going shopping, the kids being little sods, and getting home and having to do some important work that had to be got in the post by today or die, I then at 5.30 after just getting to the post office in time had to race back to Asda (the only place open by now) to bet a present for said bil then get home, kids were abysmal, why is it that everytime I open the car door theres a fight over who will sit in the front, I'm sick of it, so I have now made a new rule that no one sits in the front except me or Tim. Then Joe told Tim that I'd had a bad day, which of course got me in trouble because only he's allowed to have bad days, then raced to his brothers for half an hour for cake and presents, then home by 7pm, he has to be out by 7.30 for a **** up with the minister in the local pub, so I have to feed him mean while the phone rings and a girl is here with her rather good looking friend to pick up the sofa bed from freecycle so Tim doesn't get fed except for a cheese roll, I get asked if I could have a go at tidying the bedroom tomorow as he doesn't like it being a mess and he knows I've been decorating and had a busy day today but even so. The scout leader is supposed to be coming at 7.30 to talk to Joe about starting scouts and still isn't here at 8.20, neither of them or me has been fed yet and I'm going to open a bottle of wine. Oh and I havn't taken my happy pills for 5 days because I can't find them.:tcwozerek

Definately chocolate is good for raising the mood Kate. Oh and go to bed, deadlock the front door (accidentally ) so DH cannot get in and remember to put some earplugs in so you can't hear him banging on the door. Have a good nights sleep.
