mm not so sure now - but it is a bit like our old one. It used to have a slidy clip on the side you had to lift to enable it to go down

nice basic buggy. handles are a little too low for my liking, but for £20. bargain

it folds REALLY compactly. best smallest folding one ive seen (itms) lol. my neighbour has the blue one, as i say, the only problem would be the handles aren't high enough. but its great for days out.
