I'm Karen, 37, Married, and am mum to Jamie 19, Heather-Marie 17 & Emily-Rose 8 months !!

I enjoy entering (and winning) competitions and have just joined slimming world to lose my 19 years of extra-mummy-fat !!

I've lost weight in the past but it's always come back with a vengence. So now I've joined again, before xmas, (am I mad, probably!!) and would like to hear from anyone else using SW.

Hi, Im mum to Nia who is 3, & work part time as a nurse.
Joined slimming world about 6 weeks ago after having always done weight watchers in the past, Have given up over christmas and will re register in the new year. I dont beleive anyone can diet over christmas!!!
