The head at Emily's school gave me a copy of a discount book from http://www.invitationbook.co.uk/.
It is basically a book of discount vouchers that you buy which can be used at a large number of outlets in different areas. There are only certain areas covered at the moment;
Bristol, Bath & West, Birmingham, Solihull & West Midlands,
Cardiff, Swansea & South Wales,
Coventry & Warwickshire ,Nottingham & Derby andThe Black Country
The books cost £19.99 each but you would easily recoup the initial outlay with the savings that you make with the vouchers.
It includes various sections and offers range from free entry to certain national attractions like legoland to 25% dicount in resturants, 30% off a £30 spend at Matalan, reduced price cinema entry etc. There are various sections covering easting out, entertainment, days out and holidays and even includes a section for online shopping discounts.
The books come on a sale or return deal and the fundraising organisation can make between £4 and £10 for each book sold.
