View Full Version : Where can I get sticky foam pads?

You know the little foam pads that are sticky on both sides, its for the girls bedroom door name plaques, so I only need about 4.

Also any tips on how to remove them from wooden doors, don't want to end up taking the paint off, our buyers would not be pleased

sure you can buy them from WH Smith.(maybe a cardmaker can send you some ;) ), ive got the sticky stuff remover from Lakeland http://www.lakeland.co.uk/product.aspx/!8976 its a must have, its fab

Poundland do a big pack of foam pads with a foam strip too.

Great will keep that in mind, will see if I can get some in the highstreet as we are moving next week so trying not to order antyhing due to our post

If you dont get any by the time you move hun give me a shout and i will send you some :)
Also to remove them from the door gently ease the plaques off, there may be some pritt pad left stuck to the door, pick it with your name then rub. If there is still some left on you could try a very small ammount of nail varnish remover or neat washing up liquid on a scourer but only rub gently...
