I know a lot of you use Constant Contact but with the amount of subscribers we have it would be quite expensive for me to use. Does anyone use anyone else?

I use vertical response but again that costs per email

Have you considered using phplist? Its opensource so you can have whatever you wish. obviously it uses your own resources on your own server and is a bit harder to modify but I believe its worth it for websites where they have a lot of subscribers and the resources to install it.

I'm just experimenting with the bravenet free mailing list, not sure how good it is yet though
