I have an Indian rag doll (http://www.pogglers.net/acatalog/Cloth_Dolls.html#a9) who comes in a cradle complete with mattress and pillow and a change of clothes in a bag. She is Fair Trade and organic.

I also have Cherish Dolls (http://www.pogglers.net/acatalog/Cloth_Dolls.html#a4) which aren't strictly rag dolls, but they are made of cloth and you can choose hair, skin, eye colour etc to make it look like your god-daughter if you want. I make these myself.
