Dispute

How long do you have to wait to open a dispute? Cant very well leave her bad feedback as she will do it back to me, but its been a week now and no item, she said she sent another lot but it had a fualt but ok for "Free" i said i never paid for faulty goods and i would like a refund, no answer.
So next step is dispute but no sure how long i have to leave it for?

I think its 10 days or something, but generally, if you click on open dispute, it will only allow you to proceed with it, if the allowed time has passed itms.
