Which section

If you were looking for say personalised cufflinks which category would you look in - 1. mens and boys jewellery or 2. personalised gifts?

At the moment I have got mens id tags and cufflinks in the mens and boys section and dog tag keyrings in the personalised gifts. Someone I had been dealing with who wanted their childs picture putting on some cufflinks contacted me and said she couldn't find them. I was going to link them into the other category but thought it might look messy having id tags to wear and id tags as keyrings (too many of them if you see what I mean).

the first place i would look would be mens and boys, but you could put them in both maybe?

I'd put them in both... I have all my products that fall into more than one category in all the relevant categories so that they are easy for the customer to find

Think i would use both, can you cross-sell. i.e. people who looked at "this" were also interested in "this"

I just wondered if it would look too cluttered with the keychains and the dog tags being similar.
