I am sick and tired of paying Royal Mail for Recorded Delivery because I want to get confirmation that a parcel has arrived safely and I sit and wait for days and the reference number never shows up as being delivered. I then have to contact the customer to see if it has been delivered and they say yes it has been delivered. I feel really embarassed having to contact the customer and very angry that I pay the extra for this service and they don't obtain a signature for the item.
Rant over. :D

I agree, I have a stack of recorded slips her going back to last year that are showing as unsigned.
I believe you can claim it back but they need receipts and the slip and you have to fill in a form for each one.

Because they can get away with it because there is no viable alternative. Don't set me off on RM at the moment. Plus they are threatening strike action again.
