Gah I sell a stupidly cheap item.

Send it recorded which the bloody p/o never delivers.

I get a dispute opened against me before I even know the item is missing as no contact from the seller.

I refund without even disputing it or asking her to wait 10 days to see if they arrive.

The yep you guessed it I get a NEG

Gah what more can I do to keep a person happy?

Whats worse is I have auctions running at the moment so people will probably run scared now :(

Amazingly I emailed a sucking up letter and she agreed to withdraw the feedback.

I just find it really annoying that people don't email first and let me sort it out. Its all about chargebacks and negs these days :(

Its going to be even worse when the new feedback rules come in so that we can't let others know they neg people for no reason.

Might just give up on ebay . It costs more than you make anyway.

I had one that won something on the saturday and did a charge back on the tuesday !!! give me time FGS.... and guess what because i was on my hols and didnt respond in time paypal in their infinate wisdom gave her ALL the money back...gut instinct but i think she did receive goods and was a dab hand at the system :(

I hate the ebay feedback system, I don't ever pay any attention of it. It definetly needs to be revamped. I am glad you managed to get the negative feedback withdrawn.
