Just looked up the website for the Livesy Museum near the Elephant and Castle and found that its been closed down by the council.
Its a fab place, a free museum for kids, mine love it there and its usually at the top of their to do list for holidays. Last time we went there, they had an enormous dragon built over the two floors it occupys and an Egyptian exhibition, including a fab labyrinth for the kids to discover things in and loads and loads of other interactive stuff too. In the garden there is a green house made entirely out of recycled pop bottles and lots of other stuff. Its such a shame.
Would anyone mind signing the petition (http://www.gopetition.com/online/16681) to keep it open please and here (http://www.liveseymuseum.org.uk/) is the unoffical website for the museum.
Thanks.
Kate
