It is so frustrating, I try really hard to provide a really efficient and fast service for my customers and post every day (not Sundays obviouly)
On Monday just as I had finnished making up all my orders, just putting my coat on to go the post Office (4.30pm), I heard the tale tell sound of a new email arriving!!!
Yes another order, so I quickly put it all together and added it to the others and posted it 1/2 hour after receiving it,
Everybody's has arrived and left their feedback already and guess what,
recevd an email today (from the the last minute order) asking if I had I actually posted it ,as they are waiting anxiously to descale their bottle warmer!!!
My friendly post office told me once when I was querying, a none arrival, quite often post is late as it does not get thrown out of their mail sacks properly and get stuck in the botton for another few days etc !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
