Hi!

Does anyone have on their website a hard copy order form that people can print off and post or fax to you if they want to pay by cheque, or don't want to give their card details over the internet? Just wondered if there is any information you need to include legally (ie. specific terms and conditions, any legal statements etc) or do the T&C's and other information on the website cover it? This is not an order form that is part of a catalogue (which has to include certain specific information regarding the catalogue and the company) simply an option for those who don't want to pay online.

Thank you in advance

Umm, I don't have an order form as I don't sell products, but I imagine there will have to be something about prices and you pay the price that the product is on the day that you receive the order form (or something similar?) or maybe not. It's a good question - I should know the answer. I'll have a look about when I get 15 mins.
