I always get them!
Someone buys 3 items off me, then says they will pay by postal order, 2 weeks later they are trying to now pay by paypal, keeps saying pending. I ask them to cancel it and resend to a different email address, also ask them why they have change to paypal from postal orders, a week later they finally reply to messages asking why i am being 'abusive'
I havent been abusive, just asking if they still want the items etc!
I gave them until 6pm today and i would put in an unpaid item strike, they then replied

hello, ive just seen your harsh email which i was surprised by as the last time i heard from you was when you sent an email confirming that you would let me know when payment has gone through. There has obviously been some misunderstanding for me paying through paypal stated as your preference. No sure what to do now due to your unpleasant email due to the fact i didnt realise you were waiting for a response from me due to what looks like lack of emails reaching my main account. Hopefully this can be sorted in the near future for both our sakes

WTF!! are they actually on the same planet as me. I have messaged them loads of times asking them to just reply to me, as i was getting no replies at all. I am not horrible and i know sometimes things crop up or you get busy and forget, ive done it myself, but all i ask of them is to let me know are they going to pay at some point/ do they want to go ahead with purchase, i am not asking much

Shall i just launch into and unpaid strike or wait?

Hi, I sympathise totally!!!!!
but as they saying goes, the customer is always right!!! And as sellers can no longer any negative feedback (which is completely wrong)

I would wait a little longer, I think sometimes customers choose to try the patience of the sellers!

Oh no what a carry-on, how difficult is it to make a payment. I would put a deadline on it, then relist them, let us know how it goes
