off ebay, they are advertised as a size 8, says size 8 on box, and label in shoes. But they are no where near a 8, they are more like a 6 :ac39:
They are addidas response, nothing i can do with them i suppose as it all says size 8! Just maddens me :fryingpan:
They have never been worn by seller, i reckon they bought them and they didnt fit them either :ac39:

could the be fake? Addidas should be pretty much true to size.
What is their feedback like?

Be careful if you do re-sell them on ebay as if they are fake you could end up loosing the trainers and your money.

funny you saying that, i was thinking the same thing. I bought them off a private seller with only one neg feedback, due to a buyer not receivong parcel, but then they left extra saying they had got it after delay in postage.
I have asked if i can have a refund as i am not happy with them. Just waiting for a reply :gly:

fingers crossed they will refund.
You could take them to trading standards but they will take them off you and just give you a receipt to say you have handed them over. You could then use that receipt to claim a significantly not as described via paypal.
