I'm sorry I haven't been around much lately. Eithne has been sick but is thankfully getting better - she didn't wake up choking last night which is good - means I got a bit more sleep than I have been getting.

Her Christening is on Sunday and I have family arriving on Saturday and loads to get sorted out with the house and final preparations.

I've got 4 big projects to get done (not getting much done while Eithne is awake and then by the time she's settled and asleep it's 8:30 or 9 and I'm shattered) so I'm trying to get those done as well.

I've also had a few more issues with my wrists because I've had to hold Eithne a lot, though wearing my wrist splints at night seems to help. I still have days though where they are sore and stiff and I find it hard to do things. I've seen a rheumatologist and he doesn't think it's carpal tunnel, he thinks it's something called palindromic rheumatism, but I don't know why since I don't have any of the symptoms of that! So I'm none the wiser.

Anyway I just wanted to explain why I wasn't around. Hopefully after the Christening I'll be around more and able to actually reply to people as I've just really been reading.

Don't worry I'll have loads of pictures no doubt. I've been madly updating the baby site (http://www.babyhelm.co.uk) - though I haven't updated it for all of Feb and March yet. LOL

Enjoy the Christening, I hope it goes fabulously for you all.

Sorry she hasn't been well, there is a lot of bugs flying round at the moment and it is very hard for the babies. I hope she is well and truly on the mend now!

Thanks hun! I hope she is on the mend too as it's been awful. :-( She's been awake every night most of the night coughing and choking on gunk. :-( She did a bit of coughing last night but didn't wake up and didn't need us to hold her up - so that's a lot of progress. :D

Thanks hun - I will get the pics up after the Christening as soon as I can. :D

It's been awful with her being sick, none of us had much sleep and we're walking zombies.

She's changed soo much since you met her! She can eat her toes now. LOL

Thank you! She didn't wake last night which is a huge improvement so I'm hoping she's over the worst now.

LOL! If I had a wee drink I'd end up drunk. Not sure going to mass drunk is a good idea. Would make the service more interesting though. :hysterica

Thanks - I don't think DH is looking forward to it either. LOL
