I'm sorry I haven't been around much lately. Eithne has been sick but is thankfully getting better - she didn't wake up choking last night which is good - means I got a bit more sleep than I have been getting.
Her Christening is on Sunday and I have family arriving on Saturday and loads to get sorted out with the house and final preparations.
I've got 4 big projects to get done (not getting much done while Eithne is awake and then by the time she's settled and asleep it's 8:30 or 9 and I'm shattered) so I'm trying to get those done as well.
I've also had a few more issues with my wrists because I've had to hold Eithne a lot, though wearing my wrist splints at night seems to help. I still have days though where they are sore and stiff and I find it hard to do things. I've seen a rheumatologist and he doesn't think it's carpal tunnel, he thinks it's something called palindromic rheumatism, but I don't know why since I don't have any of the symptoms of that! So I'm none the wiser.
Anyway I just wanted to explain why I wasn't around. Hopefully after the Christening I'll be around more and able to actually reply to people as I've just really been reading.
