why do i get so ****** off when people ask me to reduce postage? I know they are probably thinking if they don't ask they wont get so I shouldn't take it personally but it really bugs me.
I normally only charge cost postage as well I guess thats what really bugs me when I see people adding loads on and people still ask me to reduce my postage. Oh and I combine at cost as well so its not like im making money on postage anywhere.
I put my dd's car seat up

now to me its quite clear where the £15 is going. Im guessing the others they said were sending them cheaper are selling new car seats in their boxes already. I will have to make mine from scratch. Also its up for 99p what more do they want!!!!
Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr

I recently spent exactly the same amount on postage for a car seat so I don't know where they're getting it cheaper. I'd only ever ask for cheaper postage if I bought more than 1 item from the person.

Hiya,
Its from when they come out of the second stage car seat which was about 2 and a half for mine but I think it should be 3 if I remember rightly. Its more done on weight I think so that their necks are strong enough to withstand a crash.
Up until 11 it says but Poppy says she has out grown it now at 8 and wants the normal booster seat which is fair enough.
I believe they come out quite good in tests compared to say the graco ones which are similar and give a bit of extra protection around the body compared to a normal booster seat.
The head rest adjusts up and down as they grow and you use a normal 3 point car seat belt on them.
Its in great condition apart from a few little black dots on the side of the fabric. I have washed it but they didn't come out so I haven't a clue what they might be. Its nothing horrid though and you wouldn't really notice them to be honest.
Im often in crawley which is a bit closer or occasionally I do pop to Ikea so could possibly meet there when im next up that way if you are interested in it.
Anyway im off to bed . I managed to sprain my wrist cutting buppys out delicate soul that I am :hysterica

Most people who buy from ebay are looking for a bargain and think like it is like a car boot sale or a jumble sale where you get something for basically nothing.
I see it as an extension to web site businesses, some put their prices down as it a from of advertising but basically it is just a really big shopping mall

lol true but its 99p so I can't make it much cheaper. I think they were just trying it on. I don't blame them I guess but it just bugs me when I get the old 'reduce your prices ' email.

I'm after a car seat for Lauren but that ones too big for her yet, I only need for when we visit my Auntie in Durham. She had the 0+ one which she outgrew last year but I can't justify spending £100+ on something that isn't going to be used much but I don't want to buy a dirt cheap one which I don't know the brand ITMS.

hummm Brighton so not that close lol.
If you are interested I could look out for a box. I would just be a bit worried that it would get bashed by a courier.

Do you have a link to one online? How much would you want for it inc postage? If it's packaged with tight bubble wrap or similar do you think it would protect it? Thanks x
I saw someone selling a buggy on Ebay with £60 postatge!
