How long do you keep proof of postage for?
Obviously I need to keep the receipts for the postage but I assume that customers from last April will have contacted me by now if their parcels hadn't arrived? :cheesy:

You need to keep proof of postage and tracking information for 18 months if you accept credit cards.
The reason for this is because customers can challenge a transaction upto 18 months after.

I staple all my proof of postings to the order print off from each order and then out it all in my orders folder.

I keep all mine as they are all stapled into a book along with the PO cash receipt.
