Oh no.... I noticed it was reported in the National Enquirer though so maybe it's not true. (not saying that NE doesn't report the truth but it can expand on it just a wee touch, just so NE can't sue!)

I did google and according to other sources he does have pancreatic cancer and has been treated which is why he has lost so much weight

There's nothing about it on his official fanclub website so I reckon it's a load of rubbish.

I doubt that there's many women under 40 who didn't spend their teens swooning to him!!!! I saw Dirty Dancing when I was 11 and I so wanted to be Baby, I'd still love to be able to dance like that!

It has been confirmed that he has cancer:-

Swayze's publicist issued the following statement to TMZ: "Actor Patrick Swayze has been diagnosed with Pancreatic Cancer and is currently undergoing treatment."

The statement continues, "Patrick's physician Dr. George Fisher states, 'Patrick has a very limited amount of disease and he appears to be responding well to treatment thus far. All of the reports stating the timeframe of his prognosis and his physical side effects are absolutely untrue. We are considerably more optimistic.' Patrick is continuing his normal schedule during this time, which includes working on upcoming projects. The outpouring of support and concern he has already received from the public is deeply appreciated by Patrick and his family."
