Hi everyone,

I've just discovered this site so am having a good old nosey around and will hopefully be joining in with what's going on; just thought I'd say hi! I'm Fiona, mum to 3 DD's, 1 DH and a motley collection of animals. I'm a WAHM and my DH did work from home until very recently but now has his own shop in our local town so the house is marginally less manic now! Life is, as always, a finely balanced machine that operates within an inch of absolute chaos and with DD2's birthday on Christmas Eve, we are approaching red alert status in the stress department!

We have a very busy Christmas as well, my eldest dd has her birthday on the 6th December and my mums birthday is Christmas Eve and I always do her a party so that her birthday doesnt get forgotten with Christmas.

Hi and welcome Fiona!

I'm with you in the busy Christmas boat, it's my mum's 50th on Dec 23rd so I'm left to organise a party for her on the 22nd, so we've got my brother coming home from Australia and my uncle and his family coming home from America for it. And I'm expecting our 2nd 2 weeks after Christmas so baby is being told every day to stay in there til after Christmas!!!!

I'm also mum to my 2 1/2 yo dd and live in Northern Ireland with my dh. Hope to see you on soon.
