Possibly stupid classified question

Ok, I've got something I'd like to put on the classifieds bit. I know I need to apply to be a selling prson on there and I know that should be through my userCP (group membership) but for the life of me I can't see it!

I have:
Brochure
Chatterbox
Dads
Gallery
Media
PSS
Seller (on auction)
WAHP

So how do I join? Am I missing some really obvious bit of information?!
