Do you reckon they will refund

a pair of shoes I bought last night they were lovely and comfortable and a bargain as reduced to £12 but I wore them to work today and slipped three times, the heel just seems to go out from under you, they're lethal, the bottom of the heel has plastic on the bottom of it. I had to ring dh who had to come all the way into town with another pair for me as I felt too nervous to try to walk in them for the rest of the day. Do you reckon as i have worn them they will give me my money back?

it's worth a try, they are unsafe, could cause serious injury, etc, play it that way, although they may only refund in vouchers coz they're in a sale, but argue the point, some just do it, others will argue.

ive taken back jodies boots before after she had been wearing them a few days (could have been a week) as they were giving her blisters

Try and return um hun... If not n u realy like them, take them to get them resoled... Iv done thatloads of times as alot of shoes i have bought havn't had no grip on the bottom xxx

well if you dont ask you'll never know, i'd give it a go. they may only offer an exchange or something but i'd try!

Well they refunded they said they hadn't had any other complaints but perhaps most people don't like to take them back once they have worn them. I really hurt myself this morning I slipped as I was walking down the bus and hit my left breast on the rail, when I told dh he laughted and said thats what I got big airbags for!!!
