C4 SEEKING FAMILIES FOR A SERIES ABOUT KIDS, PARENTS AND MONEY
Funny with money?
Got a nice shoe collection, but no savings?
Always being nagged for the latest Playstation!?
Want to find out how your kids handle financial responsability for themselves in controlled circumstances?
Channel 4 and the makers of 'Rock School' and 'Faking It' are currently looking for families with 2 – 5 kids for a new series about parents, kids and money to be screened in 2006.
Guided by an on-screen family finances expert, this exciting new show will bring family finances out into the open in a new and inclusive way by giving your kids the chance of running the household budget for a week each. The kids take over!
While being a fun experience, it aims to give families solid financial advice (for free) and to teach kids important lessons about the value of money.
We will be filming December 2005 and early 2006.
