If I have recently sent you a new password please remember to change it in your USERCP.
I have just tested the request a new password and it is definitely working. Please ensure that your mumszone emails are not going directly into a junk/spam box especially if you have Hotmail/Yahoo or AOL as they tend to automatically do it with site emails.
