Abigail Witchalls, who was stabbed in the neck while walking with her young son along a Surrey country lane, has given birth to a baby son.
The 26-year-old was taken to St George's Hospital, Tooting, south London, on Friday afternoon.
Mrs Witchalls was discharged from hospital last week after six months of treatment for injuries which left her partially paralysed.
Mrs Witchalls was attacked on 20 April near her home in Little Bookham.
