OK I know I am not a WAHM but DH will be at home part time from end of March and I have had a really good idea (I think) for a home run business. I know it will need a website and I will speak to Daffs about that if we get the idea off the ground:happy72: However is there somewhere I can ask other people their thoughts without everyone on the site here seeing it - I may be silly but I don't want someone to steal my idea before we can work through it!

It depends how many peoples' opinions you need. You are welcome to email me at karen@dorsetwebdesign.net and will be happy to give my thoughts confidentially.

Have you asked friend's and family too?

Have only really spoken to my mum (who is abit batty!) and my DH who thinks it's a great idea but he would cos he loves me!

I will email you but I do think I will need to chase the idea around a little to get what I am thinking in my head to be a business proposal.

It's not the people knowing it's me bit it 's someone thinking "ooh that's a good idea - I know Kay won't get chance to do it so I will" Sounds awful not to trust people but we only know what people show us on here and although I get on well with everyone - there could be some "guest" lurking who picks up on it - paranoid me me - no they're all out to get me!!!

Not paranoid at all very very very sensible! I think because we are all friendly on here it feels "safe" but it really isn't you have no idea who is lurking without posting. I'm always cautious especially after a competitor knicked a big account from under my nose a few years back after reading about an impending meeting on a forum I felt safe on. You are very right to be careful.

I am much more careful what I post now, somethings are best kept secret :cheesy:
