I would hand over all my PR again. I hate writing press releases and sending them out, it is the one thing that I miss having outsourced.

I'm lucky - I was a PR in a former life :)
I'd really like a sales person!

cutting out my buppy shapes. It takes so long and I find it really boring. Has to be done though and seeing as I don't even pay myself the minimum wage I don't think I could bare paying someone else to do it for me.

Have a chat to Isobel at Nature babies, she gets whole rolls cut up as fleece liners for me. Is not as expensive as your time, as they cut layers and layers in one go..
Might be worth it if it then gives you the time to market and supply to more shops etc

I'd really like a buyer, I'm so indecisive when it comes to purchasing stock
Website updates and builds - in fact I'm just about to have a someone local start working with me.
I would also like someone to deal with customer service for me, but that's not so easy to hand over.

Oh today, today, go on give me your credit card number and I'll buy some lovely stuff for you lol!
I love buying, it is the favourite part of my job, although I hate buying wristbands for some reason, I really begrudge spending the money (probably because they aren't pretty and sparkly like the jewellery)!

Someone to list new products on the site and do the SEO for me. I do have someone to do some of it, but i find the keywords and stuff SO dull, never mind all the photo resizing, finding the code, checking the price and so on.

PR - I'm just about to embark on a huge (well huge for me) PR campagne thanks to Antonia's book. I'm also hoping to take someone on to sew for me so that I can get some stock made. I seem to make snugglers and then sell them :hysterica

Well, I've outsourced the making of my felt balls. I realised that it was costing way too much for me to make them all, so managed to outsource them ... fortunately !!
Next up would be PR - I'm trying to write a press release at the moment, but can't decide whether it's good enough to send out and I also have no idea who I should sent it to at the publications / press etc. So a PR company would be good, but I just can't afford it at the mo :(

Have you got Antonia's book? It's got some really useful info and resource links to help with things like press releases. I haven't implemented anything yet but over the next couple of weeks I'M GOING FOR IT! :woot:

If you only got your most popular colours only cut up by the roll to start with I'm sure it'd be most cost effective way for you to up production.

PR Marketing SEO ....
My dream job would be as head purchaser for a toy company or for the toy department of someone like Harrods :)
What I really need though is not jobs (other than PR) outsourced but someone to help me focus. I have so many things flying round my head all day every day that sometimes it's hard to really dig in and get things done I just flitter.

thanks for the plugs - there's a press release template on the pr basics site if you want to see how they should look.
I outsource web stuff....as it takes me so long and I don;t usually get it right. I like doing most stuff - but draw the line at accounts LOL!
