Really nervous - first networking event

I've been invited to a business networking lunch tomorrow..and I'm really nervous. I'll probably get all tongue tied..

I've been advised to wear a suit...so going to have to dust one down.

Any networking advice?

Hope it all goes OK. Take lots of business cards. I have been to women only networking events, but also Business Link seminars usually have time for networking afterwards. I usually manage to speak to a couple of people.

You'll be fine, but I've never been to a formal business club - they usually meet early in the morning and I can't do that.
