Order confirmation

Is there any way (in oscommerce) that you can get it to email you the order details if it hasn't come through automatically (customer paypal issues!).

I cut and paste from these emails for my accounts and it's a pita when I have to do it from the oscommerce panel as each bit is in a seperate field.

I had a secondary email added into OSC when I used it. It did mean that sometimes I got 2 emails but when paypal screwed up I at least got one!

We have problems when customers don't return to the shop at the end of the paypal bit- their payments come through but not their orders. Would what you did fix that too? And if so would you mind letting me know how you did it?

I use OSC.
When a customer doesn't return to my site after completing payment on Paypal, like you, I just receive a Paypal payment confirmation.
I then go to my admin section (customers / orders) and view their order / print off the invoice. All the info is there.

I don't know a way, but there may be a contribution that would extract the information from the database and send it to you.

Or you could extract the order information from the database yourself, but that would probably take as long as the method you are using.
